A single Danwood platform designed to bring clarity to a fragmented product offering.
Areas:
Product Design
UI/UX Design
Design System
Project info:
Danwood operated multiple product lines across separate websites, resulting in a fragmented and inconsistent offer that was difficult to understand and compare. The project consolidated this complexity into one central platform, unifying all lines under a consistent visual system to improve clarity, structure, and decision-making.
My role focused on product design and UX, including designing a new information architecture and content structure that organizes all product lines into one coherent system. I also created an extensive, modular component library within the CMS, enabling the marketing team to build and publish pages independently while maintaining consistency across the platform.
The result is a scalable platform that allows users to compare homes across different product lines in one place and make informed decisions more easily. At the same time, Danwood gained a flexible content system that supports ongoing marketing efforts and future growth without developer dependency.
